We recently purchased a Nissan quashqai hybrid automatic after test driving a few! It was a very nerve wrecking time for me having never driven anything but manual, but We were very well looked after by James at the Hanley branch. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and helped us choose the right car for our needs. I’ve since had three weeks of completely worry free driving, James even called us a few times to make sure that we were happy and reiterated that if we needed Anything to call. What a lovely dealership where they truly put their customers first! Thank you to the whole team and of course to the lovely receptionist keeping us in coffee! I recommend this branch if you’re looking for a new car, they care more about your needs than their sale. Lovely staff!

Top marks. Lovely staff especially Paul he's a gem. Got my car, they helped me get the whole process seamlessly sorted. Had alot of laughs and the whole thing wasn't too serious and uptight.

Wanted to test drive a car but it was based in Wolverhampton, Mason sorted it out to transfer to Hanley showroom. The whole experience was great from beginning to the end. Mason kept me up to speed throughout the process and was always on the end of the phone when I needed him. 5 stars from start to finish.

Just wanted to give a shout out specifically to Louise (service manager) at Nissan Hanley. While there were initial concerns, the outstanding customer service provided by their team turned my perception around completely. The staff, particularly Louise and Dean went above and beyond to address my concerns promptly and efficiently. They have provided an exceptional and highly professional service from start to finish. Despite what some of the other negative reviews state, my experience has been nothing short of great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for all my future motoring needs. Highly recommend this dealership!

We were served by Lee here and his attention to detail and support throughout the process was amazing. I felt well looked after but with no pushy sales techniques. We have used the Holdcroft group on a number of occasions which has always been great but this was a step above and the car is amazing!

I purchased a used Nissan Leaf here, and the salesperson, Mason, provided professional and high-quality service without being pushy. From reservation to test drive, to handover, Mason's expertise made the process extremely smooth. The quality of the car upon handover was excellent and well-maintained. I've visited several Nissan dealerships, and Holdcroft is worth that I drive one-hour to make the purchase.
